Absolutely terrible agency. After two years of being in the property they still haven't fixed issues identified at the initial walk around. When they do fix something it's done on the cheap and usually needs fixing again. Also, they downplay any mould issues you find too, so they don't care about your safe being neither. Worst letting agency I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Customer service is amazing. People on the phone couldn't do any more to help you. I have called looking for a property and they helped amazingly.

Sadly today was our last day with Antoinette at Martin & Co. We had eleven properties that were let via Antoinette. Over the years her service and advice were exceptional and very much appreciated. Its our last day as it was time for us to move on from the property market as we are starting new ventures but if anyone asks who we would recommend in letting property be it landlord and tenant, we would wholeheartedly suggest speaking to Antoinette and her merry men. Having worked with Martin & Co for around the one year mark, we have found them nothing but respectful, professional in there communication with jobs and would highly recommend anyone to both work alongside, as well as use their services.
