I think large companies could take a leaf out of Homeaids book when it comes to service. Deliveries happen when they are scheduled and the drivers are always friendly and helpful. I have used Homeaid for years and really cannot recommend it enough!

According to Arrogant Jackie all items are pat tested , think they need to get a new electrician if they think this repair with black insulation tape with Jackie saying its a small scratch on black cable (I can see brown cut into protective sheath) would pass a pat test eh no we will get hold of West Lothian trading standards to check with evidence from a real electrician , we are both disabled and this is a dangerous condition to send out to Customers. I can see the reviews that say Staff are very arrogant and defensive, well sorry but I am taking this further not acceptable

First let me say i have never ever in my life known a charity shop that get everything free, refuse to sell the items as they are on display? Second, other items that are sold as a set:- i offered to pay for the items but did not require 4 units, so said, i would leave one and they could sell that, this was (refused) how very strange? I assumed this was linked to west lothian council, so contacted them, it is not, just an advert with them. Its is a con, staff are ignorant and the shop is far from disabled friendly, as is the sales staff. The items i wanted came to over 300, thought i would be helping people. i will never use one of these places at any time again, thanks to the experience of the people in this shop. I have now ordered everything online that i wanted and it all came in under 310 new, but this is not what i wanted, i wanted someone to benefit from my purchase that needed help. Home Aid Bathgate, thanks for your assistance, the people there should be ashamed.
