I just bought my first home with the help from Eric Lumsden at Sneddon and Morrisons. Eric was a fantastic help throughout the whole process and kept me up to date with any news at every single stage. Eric was very professional and answered all of my questions very quickly, making this really straightforward and keeping my mind at ease. 10/10 would highly recommend Eric and the firm to anyone looking for a solicitor ! They have helped us with the drawing up of wills, power of attorney, discretionary trust deeds and the purchase and sale of houses. Their services are very efficient, professional and good value for money. I recently worked with Stacey to purchase a property through Sneddon Morrison. She couldnt have been more helpful throughout. As a first time buyer, the whole process is a little daunting but Stacey was great at explaining everything from notes or interest to damp surveys. She has a brilliant knowledge of the local area and the current property market in West Lothian (which at the time was moving very quickly). I would recommend Sneddon Morrison and will be happy to use them again in the future.
