First experience here as it was the closest collect+ store to me! Have to say the man instore was so helpful as I had never returned any parcel through collect+ but he was great and talked me through everything. Also I bought something instore and paid by card but there was a minimum spend on card transactions but he waived this fee! Will definitely be back as customer service was exceptional!
