        Guys very friendly and helpful .Went in just to have a look but ended up buying a carpet .No pressure for me to buy though .

        Customer service after we paid was terrible. Never contacted us to give us a time or replied to my emails, I understand the line was down but a simply sorry goes a long way. The carpet fitter was really good, no complains there but again, they never told us the cost of taking the old carpets away or that we had to remove everything before the fitter came. Is the first time we change carpets so we didn't know anything, they should be more explicit and explained everything beforehand.
