        I've been utterly let down by this guy time and time again. He is full of excuses and after waiting and waiting for him (we are talking months here) he just texts me the day before he is due to come to tell me he isn't doing the job anymore. It's disappointing and has cause more damage inside and out due to waiting. This guy will just waste your time and I do not recommend him.
