Jamie has helped me so much by enabling me to know what to do and how to help myself when I have issues with sleeping. He is so kind, listens to everything you say and helps you to understand why you are thinking that way. Then he gives you the tools to change the pattern. Following recommendation from a friend I contacted James regarding hypnotherapy for my daughter's needle phobia. My daughter has been terrified from any type of injection since she was a little girl. Amy is 14 now but her phobia was becoming worse particularly at school when injections were required. Amy would get herself so uptight she would pass out and feel really ill. The phobia was very embarrassing especially at school, pupils would laugh about the state she got into. For a girl who struggles with anxiety injections were a very traumatic experience for her. Amy attended two sessions with James. We decided to see how Amy got on when faced with her next injection to understand if she required any further appointments. Well today Amy was told she was getting injections at school she text me in a panic. I replied saying remember what you learned with James. The next text I received was from Amy saying I did it and I didnt faint I would definitely recommend James, he is very friendly, approachable, accommodating, makes you welcome and explains the process throughout and really put his client at ease.
