        Appalling customer service from customer care team. We have requested 4 times to have our roof fixed over nearly 2 months and nothing has been done despite promises from staff that they would 'get right on it'. They even ignored our written email of complaint. We now have water dripping into our ensuite through the ceiling because of a shoddy installation job when the house was built. The rain is only going to get worse now its nearly winter and cause us more problems. I simply don't understand why nobody is doing their job and helping us with this especially when there must be roofers still on site as there is plenty construction still going on. Avoid this builder. Services: Roof installation, General repairs & maintenance

        Not very good, new home was a mess and not finished properly. We paid to upgrade things, not fitted when we moved. They promised every thing and delivered very poor quality home. Painting is a joke, kitchen is poor quality, sizes not standard so units not fitted properly. I could go on. No stars. I have had several new homes in my life and this is by far the worst. Both sets of neighbour's are having similar issues. Barony park Peebles is a shambles
