Very happy with our new internal pvc doors. The fitter was here on time and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend them.

My neighbours and I hired the Replacement Door Company to install new front and back doors on our block of flats. I was careful to specify ""a door that closes QUIETLY and RELIABLY" as this was very important to us. They installed a front door with a closer too weak to handle the weight of the door, and which closed it neither quietly nor reliably. We made multiple requests to the company to upgrade us to a closer that was strong enough for the door and they kept fobbing us off. In the end we had to organise our own upgrade to the closer. The doors are good otherwise, but it is pretty galling to spend thousands of pounds on new doors and not achieve a basic level of block security, especially when this specific feature was discussed and agreed. If there is any aspect of your order that is important to you, make sure to get it IN WRITING, because the Replacement Door Company do not respect verbal agreements.

Had new carpets fitted as two bedroom doors wouldnt shut properly as these were UPVC doors we contacted the Replacement Door Company who had originally fitted these to ask if they could adjust these. They were extremely helpful and arranged for this to be done today. Guy turned up in time and sorted out our problems in no time. He was extremely professional, and tidy. Thank you so much.
