        Reception staff are brilliant and really helpful. They always offer friendly assistance and professional courtesy! The doctors are kind and understanding - I always feel heard. Brilliant practice!

        A nightmare to get threw to them at reception the staff are that old they can't keep up with there work load . Lucky if 60 people a day actually get threw to them on the phone lines . This is the 21 century guys you need to keep up or stand down it's like we're going back in time with your service

        Unless you're elderly you ain't getting through. Bathgate is a geriatric town and they own the doctors. Nearly a week I've been trying to get appointments but I've been told they are all full up within 10 mins of opening....If I get through at all. The only thing worse is that pharmacy next door.
