This place has went downhill since the Plandemic never answer the phone. Have attempted to call this dentist 12 times in 3 days continuously leaving voicemail with no call back. Completely unprofessional

Ave always had Mr muir and he's a really good dentist he's gentle care in when it comes to people I have a needle phobia and he hides it from me so I can't see it and he goes at the people's pace I will be changein dentist when he retires next month as I don't trust many people Mr muir is a really gentle man when it comes to treatment only recently over last few years I've went back as had a bad experience with same practice when I was 7 8 years old and as I remember that was Mr tonner but Mr muir will always be the better one will be sad to see him go

ive been to many different dentists over 50 years mr toner rates as one of the best unfortunately his staff/receptionist should take a course in manners, rude unhelpful ignorant confrontational argumentative and simply wont listen, and for that reason I'll take my custom elsewhere no empathy just unacceptable
