        They are a godsend..I got helped from two different ladies and one them is Amanda,both extra helpful.The other organizations like C.Advice, council and CSA they should take example from the Advice shop as they helped me in all the aspects and difficulties I had.I can't thank them enough...

        Time wasters... I'm trying to get help with some debts and they keep postponing my calls to get the process started and when they say they'll call that doesn't happen. I have to chase them with calls to get the same answers every time that they cover someone else's shift and never had the time to phone me when they can tell me is not possible to offer support...
