    Their service was spot on, i was worried reading all the reviews, but we got our lugages next day and we didnt even feel they were missing. I am guessing those who have a good experience do not bother leaving a review.

    Absolutely shambolic operation. While Manchester Airport Baggage Services were also pretty useless, these guys were atrocious. I was notified that my bags would be delivered on the same day, yet it took 3 days for them to reach it to me. In that time, I received absolutely no communication until shortly before the baggage arrived. Awarding them an extra star solely because the gentleman who dropped the bag off was quite pleasant, and accepted someone else picking it up with my ID since I was not home.

    After many negative reviews i got myself all anxious thinking our case was a lost cause but luckily it wasnt the case for us so just for some peace of mind for other reading this. It didnt make the connecting flight we were on from LHR to manc but it turned up today at our house right on time as per the time slot we were given, we got a call in the morning to check our address and then we got a time slot just after that. All great here!

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Really it is British Airways' fault for employing such an awful company to deal with lost luggage. My mum lost a suitcase with all her beautiful birthday presents and handicrafts she had spent so long picking out from South Korea and it was lost on the 1.5 hour flight back from Paris. Never even attempted delivery, they wouldn't let her come search themselves when they gave up almost immediately, and after months of her contacting them weekly they now say it'll have been auctioned off - HOW IS THAT LEGAL? I feel like this company is just a way to legally steal peoples' things. Surely you'd look to see if someone had been searching for a bag before you sold it. And it wasn't even a generic suitcase full of clothes; I very much doubt there were many suitcases with handmade kimchi and kimchi pots. It's just so sad for her to lose all that through no fault of her own, and she can't even get reimbursed because you have to have receipts for everything. Who has that?
