        My dad was resident at Norwood for 4 years until he recently passed away. The end of life care my dad received in the Fereneze unit was excellent. All the staff treated him and our family with utmost respect and I know that he was very well cared for him his last days. As my mum is still resident in Norwood, it gives our family peace of mind to know that her health and dignity is catered for. Sincere thanks to all the staff at Norwood.
