Kwik Fit - Glasgow - Barrhead

Man changed the wrong tyres on my car and he told me after I discovered it that i can come tomorrow to fix the problem as he dont have time now for me. I Did refused and i asked him to put the set of Good old tyres which he changed by mistake on the back instead of cracked old ones which should be changed for the new ones. He wasnt happy at all as he said he was very busy, he was not as there was No one else after me in the queue. He should check my brakes and battery as it was a part of the service which I have booked online with my new tyres as You can guess he didnt.. the job itself was done, wheels are balanced properly - if the Man would be more focused on his work and he would be more polite I would give 5 stars but he dont it is just 3

Absolutely awful. Phoned this morning to check they had the right tyre and booked in for 12.went down to be told I didn't need it changed . I got a second opinion and was told there was a bulge in the tyre and I did need a new one . As they were only garage that said they had the tyre I went back left my car and got a phone call later to tell me they didn't have my type to tyre after all. Complete waste of time and no apology. I wouldn't ever use this company again.
