Jluxe Salon

I recently had a keratin treatment in this salon. Although I was a little disappointed with the results of the treatment I messaged the hair stylist to ask her advice , It took me to message her again before she answered offering me a free blow dry which was kind but not what I was looking for I asked if I could make a future appointment with her for colour and cut and give the salon the benefit of the doubt because at the time of the treatment everything was good a nice salon and service , however I believe that the staff in this salon are self employed and rent chairs but at the same time there are using the salons name !! I have messaged the stylist sevaral times now and no reply it is obvious that once they have your money for whatever service you require then there is no urgency to have you visit again I will not be returning to the salon and had thought about making appointments for the other services for the beautician and nail bar however they have lost my business In these hard times its good to support local business but I feel that even though the staff might be self employed its the hairdressers name above the door and thats the name I will use when asked by friends and family and Im afraid tell them not to use , Sharon who was the stylist will not be getting me as a client . I trust these comments will help other people decide whether they want to use the salon. Service: Curly hair
