        The most unhelpful, horrible and heartless customer service. The advisors do not care if you suffer or die, they only care about making money from you. This council is the reason there is mental illnesses.

        Complete shambles! I have been waiting on repairs to be done to my flat for 2 years now and was supposed to have a meeting on Thursday about work to be carried out, I received a phone call today and was told that due to new restrictions that come into place on Friday my meeting has been cancelled until further notice even though my meeting was scheduled for the day BEFORE lockdown comes into place. So I pointed out that my meeting is due to take place the day prior to restrictions coming into place and the girl stuttered and put me through to repairs team that didn't answer without me asking to be put through, she did this to get away from the call ! This is the worst housing I have ever dealt with and will be going to the papers and my MP as they have used every excuse under the sun to avoid doing these repairs that shouldve been carried out before I moved into the flat. Horrible Horrible People!!!
