        Over 100 phone calls today only to be hung up on. I had a case open last year with east ren council and they still haven't even contacted me to tell me about any conclusions or if there even was 1. Nice wee couple of hour skive for you guys on full pay !! Ridiculous

        If you really want to know what they are really like take out your mobile phone camera and tell them you are going to video record your appointment for your own records, or to video record the premises as a matter of public interest. ' good luck'.
