Our dad was neglected during closedown for corona virus, we were in all the time before this, and was feeding and encouraging our dad to eat, during co vid our dad lost 4 stone and died of malnutrition and dehydration, the good thing now is no more old people, will be getting admitted to 3rd floor of this awful place, as we were told, for every old resident that goes, will be replaced with younger residents, as they get more money for them, this is the truth, short of staff all the time. Closed down big dinning room and moved all residents to smaller one, because not enough staff, one hand doesnt know what other hand doing, get 2 different stories on same shift, one staff tells you, your dad ate big breakfast, and other staff member tells you, your dad didnt want any breakfast. Its a bad day when your glad your dads has died to be at peace now, he was very much let down. Big time
