Wool of Many Colours / The Hebridean Alchemist

The owner of the shop was extremely friendly and her shop has an unique mix of handmade items. I found a t- shirt that I liked but there wasn't one in my size, so Simone offered to order me one and post it to me free of charge. It arrived today, beautifully packaged and smelling lovely. I would definitely shop there again when I holiday on South Uist next year.

Simone was very helpful and knowledgeable in the art of crafting, spinning, wools and dyes. I ordered the wrong size of carders and these were replaced with the right size and at some expense to her to sort things out. Wouldn't hesitate to use Wool of Many Colours again. Julia, by Heriot

We met this delightful young lady during our tour of the Outer Hebrides. A visit to her shop is a must, such an eclectic mix of items for sale. You can even have tea and cake if you wish. We chose a Fair Trade multi-coloured rag rug as a birthday present for our granddaughter. Thank you Simone, we loved meeting you.
