I booked a trip for 3 people via the online booking form, for a Saturday afternoon rib trip. The booking was approved and i received the confirmation emails.
It was unclear where the trip left from, the confirmation email did not include information on the departure location. We worked it out from the trip description on the website.
Bigger issue: They didn't turn up. The website said that if less than 5 people booked, it wouldn''t go ahead but they didn't even try to contact us to tell us that this was the case. Instead we were left waiting for 45 mins wondering what was happening. They did not take money, but the wasted our time and ruined our last day on Barra.
