Bannockburn Post Office

I would normally be very positive about the Jintz Express cafe/ post office facility, but on this occasion, I am not a happy bunny. I ordered goods from Amazon and was informed, this morning - 6/01/23, that my parcel was delivered to the aforementioned premises. I went there at 3 pm and it was all locked up and closed. How does that serve the community when the only post office service is closed on a Friday afternoon? The fact that it advertises itself as having an Amazon collection point makes me either angry with Amazon or the shop. It should have flagged up on my order and dispatch forms that there is no service from this outlet until Monday 9th January 2023.

A great Post Office and very lucky to have one of such high quality in Bannockburn. The staff are very friendly, efficient, professional and go over and above to deliver a great service. Thanks for all that you do for us and for keeping going during the COVID pandemic!

Old post office was amazing, staff would accept my business parcels, they where helpful and all knew me. I ship 150+ parcels a week and the staff at the old post office where the reason i kept using the post office to post my parcels. The new post office inside Jintz Express is awful - they no longer accept my business parcels. Always a big line and the service is not good. Now its not the fault of the people working - they now have to run a cafe and a post office at the same time. but the service compaired to the old post office has gone downhill alot and is the reason why i would rather give my business to hermes now. At least i can support my local hermes driver who is a good guy and works very hard.
