Lindsay & Gilmour Pharmacy Bannockburn

Service is shocking went right down hill since all the reliable staff left. Only one on the desk so could wait up to half hour to hand in or pick up prescription. can also be a challenge to buy over the counter because of lack of staff actually working at front of house. They say leave it a week from ordering prescription so you go back 8 days later still not ready told will be about 20mins. No Apology or explanation why it's not ready and when you start to complain the young girl tells you they very busy which we all understand but the hole purpose of ordering in advance is so you don't have to wait. (Also when I phone doctor surgery to move Pharmacy they inform me that my prescription was sent over on the 19th so even they cant understand why its not ready. The young girl then informs me that if I not happy can go to another pharmacy just to let my doctor know. Her hole attitude to the public is appalling, lack of customer care from the young lady. I understand the staff are all very busy, but its clearly not working as no matter when you go in there is a big queue and people being told meds not ready will be anything up to 30min wait.

What an absolute riot. Had to get an emergency script for my grandmother who was in a great deal of pain. Told to come back after lunch time, which I did. Took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there, only to be told it wasn't ready. It was only cocodamol! While waiting there were several other customers who commented on not receiving their full script to which they'd have to come back for. Overall it didn't seem like anyone was in control behind the counter. I won't be back to this pharmacy.

Absolutely shocking treatment i phoned for perception and was told it would be the falling Tuesday so went and got a perception from gp and put it in on the Tuesday its Saturday now and have just been told that they don't do the medication i need so i have been left in pain till Monday now thanks for nothing so it will probably be Tuesday before i get my perception but it won't be you that's doing it

Very friendly and attentive staff. I have to attend the pharmacy regularly and they have been nothing short of amazing, especially throughout the height of the pandemic restrictions.
