    I bought an approved used 3 year old Land Rover Discovery Sport from here in April 2022. It had done 13,500 miles. I paid a premium to buy it from here but bought it with confidence as I was told that "All approved Land Rovers are put through a stringent 165-point inspection process. Once any potential flaws are rectified with genuine Land Rover parts, only then does it receive Land Rover Approved status. You will be provided with a 12 month warranty and a 12 month road side assistance." 6 months after purchase I took the vehicle it for it's MOT to an authorized Land Rover dealer closer to my home and was told the front brake discs are 'so badly corrorded they're starting to break up'. All 4 brake discs (and pads) needed replacing. Estimated repair cost was over 1,000. I then queried Land Rover Stirling who told me the car was fine when they did a Vehicle Health Report prior to selling the car. After I pushed them, they sent me the report video which clearly showed their mechanic calling out the brake discs and pads as flawed (advisories). I was NOT sent this video prior to purchasing the car even though it was made the week before I saw the car. Land Rover staff did NOT disclose the faults the car had. They said the wear and tear had occurred in the time that I had the vehicle and repairs wouldn't be covered by the 12 month warranty. I then e-mailed multiple people within Pentland Land Rover Stirling and have had no replies back. I'm going to take this forward with the Motor Ombudsman and seek legal advice.

    I cant thank the staff at Pentland Land Rover enough. The members of staff there are amazing and went well above and beyond to get my Landy back on the road after a breakdown. I had a family member stranded on the other side of the country and my father gravely Ill. I dont have enough words to convey my gratitude to these open, friendly, compassionate, fabulous people. I was disappointed not to receive a customer questionnaire as it would have given me an opportunity to say this formally. Thank you all.

    After waiting 2 weeks to have my RR fixed, its on the drive unable to move,gearbox fault,they called the day before 22/03/23 to cancel, giving me a new app a further 2 weeks away 7/3/23, terrible service from this company, I could have booked elsewhere and it would be fixed today

    ZERO STARS BUT CANT SHBMIT WITHOUT AT LEAST 1 STAR... and this is due to us dropping off our car last Thursday at 9am for Diagnostics. We were then told when WE called to get an update 7hrs later that they would be messaging the warranty company, looking at ordering parts and getting the repairs done and they were 99.9% sure the warranty would cover it. Nothing on Friday so WE call to be told that David who we spoke to day before was on annual leave and it would be Monday now! (Surely David knew he was on annual leave that night)Roll forward to Monday and MY WIFE called at 9am and was told she would receive a call back within the hour and 3hrs later I called to be told the same... We heard nothing... Tuesday we call again to be told we would get a call back by 3pm and YIP again NO CALL.. So today Wednesday my wife called at 11am and was told they would have everything in place by 3pm and parts would be ordered and car repaired and ready for collection Thursday evening.... No call Wednesday at 3pm and WE both called to be told 2 different lies again!!! We told them we would collect car at 5.30pm and get repairs done elsewhere......7 days of absolute lies and non communication and honestly the worst experience I've had with a garage in 35 years of driving. Absolurlte disgrace of a business and DAVID PORTER should never work in a service roll as his persistent lies and non communication is by far the worst I have seen and the business owners should be looking at training this individual at best. So David you have lost your employers the repair job and also the sale of our next Range Rover as we were planning on trading our car in for a new model in the next month or so... poor poor poor. Thanks for keeping our car for a week and literally doing nothing bar a diagnostic check.. Not an apology or a true explanation on collection of car.. Avoid this business at all costs or if looking for parking for a week near Stirling book in here

6 months after purchase I took the vehicle it for it's MOT to an authorized Land Rover dealer closer to my home and was told the front brake discs are 'so badly corrorded they're starting to break up'. All 4 brake discs (and pads) needed replacing. Estimated repair cost was over 1,000.
