Beautiful village off the beaten track. With well maintained public toilets . Small campsite behind dunes very near to sandy beach.

Lovely beach and coffee stall abit busy in summer with surfers though. Public toilets are the cleanest most well kept ones on the whole moray coast.

My wife and I have been visiting Aberdeenshire for quite a few years now but this was our first time at Sandend Harbour and we loved it straight away. Even though it small it has character and I was totally amazed how the walls of the Harbour were built onto the jagged volcanic rock. to top our visit off a couple of dolphins swam past. another visit will be made next year
