        We stayed at this lovely cottage for a weekend while doing a training course. It is very close to the sea, located in a picturesque fishing village with a small stone harbour. The cottage looks out over a big beach which while we were there had lots of big surf piling in. Great for windswept walks and views of the sea. Very comfortable and warm cottage, with a spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Parking outside the door, with restricted turning space, but these little narrow streets are typical of fishing villages.

        Great, snug and attractive cottage, well equipped and in perfect shape. Overlooks, at the doorstep almost, an amazing beach with spectacular surf for our visit. Highly recommended. Walkability: Big beach on the doorstep.

        Great location for a Scottish beach break. Sandend is a lovely beach which is very close to the front door of Sandend cottage. The cottage is warm and well equipped for a four person stay. Our visit was over New Year and the weather was mostly fine and when the wind blew the hose was well up to the challenge.
