        I cannot recommend this shop more, Susan went out of her way to be helpful. We live near London and my mum had been in Scotland visiting a friend and found a dress in another shop but they didnt have her size. I went online and found that Bentleys had the dress and I called and spoke to Susan, she was so kind, professional and helpful and she agreed to send the dress to us. It arrived beautifully packed two days later and my mum is over the moon. We so appreciate the wonderful service we were given and would highly recommend to everyone to buy from there
