        Funeral arrangements all handled professionally and sympathetically. Office premises could do with a refresh, but that is a minor concern, Susan handled all the important aspects well. Thank you.

        Knowing who to contact or what needs to be done at such a difficult time is a worry. My mind was put entirely at rest when I met the lovely people who work for MacIntosh and Steven. My main contact Susan did everything she possible could for us and more. I would absolutely recommend if you're looking for help with your arrangements.

        We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Susan and Steve. Nothing was too much trouble and Susan took great care to explain each step of the process and was extremely supportive particularly as our dad died just before Christmas. We were never made to feel rushed during our appointments so in all, we can say it was a positive experience after an unexpected bereavement.
