        The shortage of staff ruined it for us. We spent so long waiting at the bars to get served we eventually gave up and went to a pub. At the Stonehaven event, the staff were crammed shoulder to shoulder behind the bar, which meant near-instant service. The QR code payment thing seemed to be slowing things down too, versus just having plastic tokens.

        My least favourite beer festival experience. Very difficult to get served and the cashless system is a joke, especially when you are in a field with no signal. The top up cards dont give a balance update even though they take your phone number which makes no sense.
