After struggling to change hard drive in laptop I dropped Mark an email. Very prompt reply. Dropped off laptop and it was sorted and ready for collection the next day. It is now running as if it was new ! Friendly and takes time to explain what he has done. 100%

Ive had the same tower carcass for a while now and every so often it needs up-grading to improve performance. When I called Mark at Banchory PC Support and gave him just a basic outline of what I had inside the tower unit, he immediately identified the changes most likely to improve the units performance. I delivered the computer to Mark the same day and 24 hrs later I had it back working like a new machine. Mark also recommended an additional small upgrade for which he had to order the part and once he received this, he came out and installed it at a convenient time for me. Im very satisfied with the speed and professionalism of the service Ive received, and I now have an upgraded machine working as good as new for a fraction of the price of a new one. Thanks Mark.
