Just purchased my first E-MTB (Cube) from Geri & Sam this week. However, we have been dealing with them since they took over the shop. They & their staff are simply the most enthusiastic, genuine & accommodating people you could ever hope to do business with. They have enthused my young son with their attentiveness and patience (answering endless questions)! I simply cannot recommend this shop & it's people highly enough.... Oh... and the bike isn't bad either! :0)

Cannot thank Banchory Cycles enough! Bought a Cube hybrid 140 online and when it arrived I wanted it checked over so took it to Banchory cycles. After looking it over they discovered it had a factory defect in which one tooth on the chainring was bent. They tried to correct it themselves so I could use the bike while I disputed the defect with the company I bought it from. Received a new chainring (non boost) and chain from the online company and Banchory cycles fitted this for me and informed me that it actually wasnt the right chainring they sent me. After a bit of back and forth the online company wouldnt replace the incorrect chainring. Because of my misfortune Banchory Cycles refused to take any payment for the work they did to get me back up and running! Cannot thank them enough and urge anyone looking for cycle repairs or a new bike to use Banchory cycles.
