The experience is consistently excellent from the quality of teaching to the quiet and mindful surroundings where attention to detail is impeccable. Michelle is a thoughtful and highly informed teacher who is incredibly considered in her approach. I initially went to seek help in my recovery from an injury. 8 months on I am getting stronger and fitter steadily. Thank you Michelle.
