Ok place for your dog as one off. Sometimes late in picking up dog thus left longer than u think in the house.

Left our dogs here for approx 2 hours while on holiday in the area and doing an activity unsuitable for dogs to be around. Lovely but swift welcome from the owner on arrival. I was expecting to fill out some sort of form with emergency contact details etc but my dogs were taken away from me very quickly so no forms completed. The owners only contact was through messenger as I'd used this to arrange the stay. I informed the owner one of my dogs could be a bit nippy when anxious and around noisy other dogs but she didn't seem interested in what I was saying. I was told she would be kept in a 'secret room' then she left with them. When I asked if I could see where they would be staying I was told that wouldn't be possible. This meant I left feeling very uneasy and like they just wanted me away. I was messaged at one point to say the dogs were happy and having a meditation session, unsure what that means, but I thought the message of reassurance was a nice touch. We went back to collect them ASAP after our activity. On collection I was told they had been mixed with other dogs several times. I asked if there was a nice walk locally and was told I'd need to Google walks as they didn't know of any, I found this unusual for a dog care and walking business. I asked again if I could see where my dogs had been kept and was again refused. Any other place I've been to have been happy to show me their facilities. Both dogs were very thirsty on collection. Owners seemed nice and I really appreciate them taking my dogs for a short period but I wouldn't recommend or use these facilities again as I have no idea how or where the dogs are looked after. A change in allowing customers to view facilities and making it less rushed could make a huge difference.
