        Never in my life have I or my family ever been treated with such rudenes and disrespect. My 2 young children and husband went into the shop to have a look about only to over hear a shop assistant speaking about my children in front of my husband and myself about them touching the toys and balls. IF you dont want kids touching the balls and toys them put a sign up saying. I've warned all my friends and family not to use this shop. Absolute disgrace they way we were treated.

        A lovely traditional newsagent, general stationary, gifts, games and toy shop in Ballater. We holiday twice a year in Ballater and always pop in a few times. The kids love to browse the toy selection and spend their Christmas money. The staff are always very friendly and helpful even with the odd problem we have had with a toy or game. Will continue to support this great local business.
