Waited 20minutes after asking for a menu, still never received one so left and went somewhere else!! After leaving this review, you replied in less than 20 minutes, please spend time serving customers instead of replying to reviews asking people to return and it will help your business prosper.

We came here, some tables were available. They said we have to wait 25 minutes to make an order because we didn't booked a table that they only will take order for clients who book tables and we have to wait. Doesn't matter if the place is not full. It's like.... Have no sense! Would be amazing if you became efficient with your service and find a better way to treat to your clients.

Arrived at 9.59am and missed the full breakfast (kitchen shuts at 10am so fully understandable), and was offered a roll which could be filled with anything left over from the breakfast buffet.... but then they said I could help myself to the leftovers to create a full breakfast, which was very tasty and much welcomed after I'd just finished a 2 hour hike! They even gave me a discount as not everything that typically comes with the full breakfast was available. Top notch customer service and very friendly. Oh, and a lovely cup of latte too.
