You couldnt put no stars I had booked party I had been calling for 3 days for an update and to ask few questions no one picked up phone , ended up going down and I was asking the girl on counter to check my booking and she couldnt understand me and couldnt give me any information I got told I dont no go to hotel , now I booked at the play area why do I need to go to hotel she was useless some one else was waiting and she started talking to them in mid conversation I mean please train these people on there job and customer service and manners doesnt look good

If you have kids, 14 and under, this place is perfect for rainy day entertainment. The soft play is fantastic and all the kids love it. The arcade is great for the bigger kids. Would be a five star review, but there are usually a lot of the games in the arcade out of order which can be frustrating. Also the soft play is split into zones for different ages. You will find that the boisterous older kids run wild and end up in the area for the little ones while the parents sit with their faces buried in their phones. If you have small kids, just keep an eye on them.
