Been coming here since 97. Sorry to say its gone down hill. Bar and restaurant closed, and pool for a few days, making it a very anti social place to be. Not much in Carrbridge, which is OK if there are things going on in Lochanhully but there was very little. A pizza van was promised for one night but never bothered to show, meaning a run to Aviemore for some of the group to get food to bring back. It's very run down, the foot bridge is closed (why hasn't it been maintained) . It is just sad. Couldnt see fish in the loch. The lodges were clean and nothing wrong there, but you need a public area! At least open the bar! Tea, coffee, alcohol, whatever, but it needs something desperately.

Beautiful setting, staff were lovely, well equipped cabins and really peaceful but we wouldnt have booked if wed known the pool wasnt open. This info wasnt given when booking. Restaurant was also closed but no big deal. There was a lot of mould on the bathroom ceiling and several hairs in the shower and on the shower curtain. All this could be excused but the changing rooms were filthy and the steam room was an absolute health hazard and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months.
