The distillery was just not in production and you could not actually see a single production room of the distillery due to construction work. Our guide Robert apologized several times and did a good job. The tasting he has explained very well.

The tasting experience was extremely disorganized due to a lack of structure. Additionally, the staff except one man were all beyond rude. They rushed us with our flights and treated us poorly since we weren't on their tour. Worst experience in Scotland we have had! Do not recommend. There are plenty of better tasting experiences out there!

We had a terrible experience at this distillery. Trying to order a flight of whisky was painstakingly slow. One of the staff members was so absolutely rude that we could not wait to get out and leave. My group was waiting for my father to check out with his bottle of whisky he was purchasing so we stepped off to the side near the exit, and the woman leading the 3 oclock tour in more or less words asked (but in a telling way) us to essentially get out of her way. She acted as if our group was beneath her because we were not taking a tour. Also, there are no rubbish bins to be found anywhere in the tasting room. We left the wrapper of our chip bag on one of the tasting tables after looking high and low for the litter bin. The same woman chewed us out and asked us to go find a staff member to throw away the rubbish. Overall, a horrid experience at an overrated distillery. Weve never been treated this way on any of our Scotland trips. Peter was the only kind staff member. All of the women working here were extremely rude.

We booked as a group for the "Expressions Experience" and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide Robert was very knowledgeable, friendly and a good laugh. Tour was informative, and I learnt a few new things about Whisky - and the tasting with matching chocolates was amazing, they have clearly been very thoughtfully paired with each dram. Highly recommended
