We have stayed in both Barn Cottage and Loft Cottage with our dog and two cats. Both cottages were simply but perfectly adequately furnished, and wonderfully warm and cosy, even in winter. The views from the front door are breathtaking, and the location is within easy reach of the village and ideal for exploring the Cairngorms. Anne and Ian made us very welcome and were helpful in all kinds of ways, and our dog and theirs got on very well too!

There is sorely lacking space there, so that being 3 people, one of us had to sleep in the kitchen (after cooking, hello sleep!) Besides, one of the so-called beds was just a mattress on the floor. In addition, the hosts at the start were charming, but at the slightest concern that we told them about their accommodation, they got annoyed very quickly and avoided us. The concerns in question are: - the wifi did not work, to get it you had to leave the accommodation (in Scotland it is always cool) and that it was our fault that their wifi extensions did not work on any of our devices. They snubbed and postponed the issue until the end. - let's go to the hot water that you have to heat up by pressing a button until everything is fine but the wait of 30 min-1h this balance by 3 min of hot water (in Scotland after a rainy day the shower is how to say necessary) and after the 3 min it is necessary to wait again 1 hour. -a washing machine and a drying rack for 4 different accommodations which is not precise on the rentals. If you want to have a good stay in Scotland avoid this place. (Original) Alors , par ou commencer... c'est 3 gtes l'un a cot des autres avec le logement des htes. La place y manque cruellement si bien que tant 3 personne l'une d'entre nos a du dormir dans la cuisine ( aprs avoir cuisiner bonjour le dodo!) D'ailleurs un des soit disant lit tait juste un matelat sur le sol. De plus les htes au dpart tait charmant mais au moindre soucis dont nous leur faisions part vis--vis de leur logement, ils s'agaaient trs vite et nous evitaient. Les soucis en questions sont : - la wifi ne fonctionnait pas ,pour l'avoir il fallait sortir du logement (en ecosse il fait toujours frais) et que c'tait notre faute que leur extensions de wifi ne fonctionnait sur aucun de nos appareils. Ils ont snober et repousser le problme jusqu' la fin. - passons a l'eau chaude que vous devez faire chauffer en appuyant sur un bouton jusque la tous vas bien mais l'attente de 30 min-1h ce solde par 3 min d'eau chaude ( en ecosse aprs une journe pluvieuse la douche est comment dire ncessaire) et aprs les 3 min il faut de nouveaux attentre 1h . -un lave linge et un etendoir pour 4 logements diffrents ce qui nest pas precisier sur la locations. Si vous voulez passez un bon sejour en Ecosse vitez cet endroit.
