        Teams were very friendly and helpful. Car was new model and we'll cleaned throughout. Seem to have a fair policy on bumps and scrapes, although haven't put this to the test yet.

        Was badly needing a van to transport a bed started off well enough when I spoke to the guy to make a reservation then when I phoned the actual place where I was getting the van from it went downhill , first I was asked was it for personal or business cause my email address sounded business like !!!! Had no letters addressed to me said sorry can't hire out to you, but was a a customer previously just wasted my time thank you very much , in short attitude stuck.. Got a Van elsewhere they took I.d from my phone Enterprise take note
