28 minutes to answer the phone, having to chase prescriptions, having doctors write prescriptions for items no longer available at pharmacy. Getting an appointment with the same Dr twice is impossible. No continuity of care.

I needed medication asap because I was suffering from severe panic attacks and had run out. 111 advised me that they have a duty of care and a obligation to give me a prescription until I was registered. I explained this to the receptionist who was rude and said it takes five days to register. I then tried to explain to her that they have a duty to help. She said I should find somewhere else to go. I was really upset and tears this caused me to have a panic attack on the way home as I struggle to get out as it is. I have read the policy and it doesn't state anywhere that they take five days to register and they have an obligation to help me. I then ended up in hospital the next day with a serious panic attack because they wouldn't help me. So now I'm taking this further it's neglect, I've rang this morning and explained and now they want to help. Always read the policy
