Past Tense Massage Therapy

I've had a neck/shoulder issue for quite some time and so I decided to book an appointment with Clare @ Past Tense Massage Therapy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that for the first time in years I feel no pain or lump in my neck/shoulders. I credit Clare's deep knowledge and expertise for rectifying the problem with her healing hands. Highly recommended for muscular tension or just deep relaxation!

I tend to not leave reviews, but in this instance I feel I should. What can I say, except Claire is amazing.....after many months of training for Half and Full Marathons and carrying too many old injuries to mention, and believing I knew better, I was convinced to seek a Sports Massage...... and what excellent advice it was. After one session my entire body felt amazing and ache free. As the sessions continued, so did my freedom of movement and the confidence it brought me. I have endured many surgical procedures on my knees and spine, but with Claires golden touch, I have cruised through every event I have entered. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very understanding and approachable. Bottom line is I cannot recommend Claire enough.
