        Decent sized rooms, well equipped common room/kitchen. Biggest concern is only 2 washer and dryers which when the campus is full can lead to some long waits. Also, everytime somone was showering in my pod I could hear the hot water tank very clearly and loudly. Good location, within walking distance of downtown Ayr and a good sized Tecso Extra.

        I had a great experience living in this accommodation during my studies. So many great facilities available and located in an ideal area with all amenities close-by. Landlord easy to contact if needed and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms spotless and very spacious. Perfect place for a student to stay, highly recommend :)
