Great shop , fantastic fresh fish. Prices are steep, but not much more than the supermarkets. Guaranteed a good meal, and that's what counts.

Although they initially sent the wrong smoked salmon, Oak smoked instead of Hot smoked, my email was answered promptly and John delivered the correct order personally to my home. Super, speedy response and, of course, excellent fish. Thanks.

I wanted a specific type of fish for Christmas and thought I would get it freshly prepared and locally rather than ordering online. I enquired via Messenger weeks ago and was told they could supply it. I attended the shop in person and placed the order, was shown what they said was the specific piece of fish and was told to come back in a few weeks when it was ready. I phoned this shop when it was supposed to be ready and was passed around three different people to be eventually assured that it was, so I said I would pick it up today. I went into today to be told that my order had been given to someone else, that they only prepared three pieces a year and they were all for the same customer?! Despite my protestations that I had been shown the fish for preparation they were barely apologetic, in fact one of the staff members called me "The Italian" while conferring about this supposed mess/mistake. My son witnessed this and was very angry on my behalf. Highly inefficient, rude, disorganised operation. If you don't want someone's custom just say you can't do something, don't lead them on and waste their time on multiple occasions! I now have no time to get this specific fish elsewhere in time for Christmas. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Great fisheries, very friendly owner & staff, cleaned the fish very well, will come back Inshallah
