        My wife & I had been tenants of KeyLets for the past 13 years. From day 1 they have been there for us, providing the link between us and the landlord. We enjoyed a great relationship with both parties and we were so sorry to hand the keys back and eventually move onto pastures new. The one thing that's stands out for me regarding KetLets is that they offer a personal service and they show they care. Thank you for all your help and advice over the last 13 years.

The initial renting process was smooth and professional, particularly the review of premises status, including additional items identified by me. At contract closure all was done rapidly, without ant bureaucratic fuss. All in all a pleasant experience highly recommendable.
