        Watch what you wear when using this post office - apparently a woman wearing a face covering (during a pandemic) and a hoodie is enough to make the staff feel threatened. Imagine policing how women dress in 2022. I have often found the staff standoffish and snobby in the past, I definitely wont be using this post office in the future now.

        The most incompetent and rude assistant ever. She confidently told me no one in the UK can certify my ID document without a form from the business requiring the certification!! Very rudely told me off, when I explained the business is in South Africa and therefore they can't give me a certification application form. I went to Cosham Post Office, they immediately gave me the form. I completed it and the whole transaction was done in 3 minutes. The lady at Cosham could not believe it when I told her about my upsetting experience at Allaway. Very, very poor customer service indeed.
