I lost a bike i had an email that it was foun and iin lost property then i went one month later and they said it was given away because i was a month when in said on the email that i had 3 months to collect it.

Turned a bike into lost property over 3 months ago and went in to claim. Was told the person whom handled lost property was not in and to call the non emergency number to inquire. Did that with no luck and was giving an email to contact. Tried twice with no answer and even sent a mail to the main email with none. Highly disappointed, at least could of replied back the bike had been claimed instead of ignoring inquiries.
