This is my local pharmacy but I have had previous issue with management before. Refusal even after talking to the GP receptionist in regard for a prescription for a then 4 year old. It was time for the shop to close but I had been in for 15min and had been in and out a few times before that day, trying to get the prescription sorted. There had been an issue sending it over and when they received it they refused to fill it. The receptionist at the surgery stayed back on a Friday night to try and sort the issue so my daughter wasn't left all weekend in pain and discomfort but the pharmacy manager refused to even help even after talking to the receptionist on the phone and her telling her how unprofessional it was. They also do not message when prescriptions are ready like they say they will and once again only recently refused to try and fill a prescription for special PJs for my daughters eczema saying there were stock issues. yet another chemist agreed to try and source the items and have been fantastic with us and did eventually manage to find the specialised clothing for her. I will not have my prescriptions sent here anymore and will use sea field pharmacy instead as the comparison in care is like night and day.

Used to be very good but on several times now left waiting for delivery of meds. Im now happy with another pharmacy now. I agree with Scott Grey
