Shocking so unreliable we have been booked with her for over last few weeks and couple hours before our dog is due you get a message with some weird excuse about why she cant make it in and can she reschedule, if you want reliability go else where as your no getting it here.

I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. She does an amazing cut on them. Shes goes above and beyond what any other groomer does, she gives me advice to help keep them healthy with different products for their ears etc. She does a free trim in between cuts to keep them fresh even longer, you dont get that anywhere else.

As a groomer I cannot complain about Sharon's work. Having saying that she is very unprofessional and unreliable. Regularly cancels appointments with very late notice and on at least one occasion the shutters were down for my appointment slot with no reasoning or communication for why they were closed (even after trying to contact them to find out what was happening). Consistently let down with very little empathy and showing no effort to make up for appointment cancellations or no shows. Not worth your hassle when considering this groomer and I would not recommend.

Sharon was brilliant with my two wee dogs Bonny and Ella, it was our 1st time at posh paws and i am so happy to say that it will be our regular groomer what a smashing hair cut and what a lovely person Sharon is.
