We were keen to buy some things from Blacks and their service was great, but we were unable to make any purchases simply because they dont currently allow click and collect in store. As we are on the move, mid trip, we cant get something delivered to an address. We could however, arrange to collect something from a store if that had been allowed. Inconvenient and unfortunate for us and lost sales for them. Thanks to Mack in the Ayr store for his assistance despite the negative outcome.
